What if I can't find what I am looking for?
If you know we sell it in store and we don't have it online Just send us an email at orders@thaikeeiga.com.au and we can assist you.
If we don’t stock a product just ask one of our staff and we will try our best to source it for you.
What happens if I am not happy with some of the products in my delivery?
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products we deliver, Please contact us at: orders@thaikeeiga.com.au within 2 days of receiving the product..

Do you sell bulk quantities / wholesale?

How do I cancel or change my order?
Once orders are received you have until 3 pm each day to make amendments to your order. Please Contact orders@thaikeeiga.com.au for amendments. Any orders cancelled after order cut-off time may incur a $30 cancellation fee.
Fruit and vegetables are out of stock.
We source produce from the farms every day and depending on the day we cannot guarantee that your vegetables and fruit will be in stock. One of our team will let you know if anything is out of stock.
What happens after I order?
You will receive an Email confirmation that your order has been received.
On the day of your delivery you will receive an SMS notification when your order is out for delivery.
Once your delivery is out for delivery you can track the driver with a link provided located in your email.
What happens if I am not a home to receive delivery?
When you order you will automatically have your ordered selected to leave unattended. Our drivers will send you a link to be able to track there movements and allows you to see the eta of every driver.
We can not leave unattended alcohol and the driver will need to see your ID before making the delivery.
If you choose to receive your delivery and are not present the driver will call you to ask permission to leave your package unattended. If they are not successful in reaching you the driver will take the order back to the warehouse. We will contact you to have the order redelivered for a $15 additional charge OR we will refund your order minus a $30 restocking fee.
We will not be responsible for any damages or spoilage of unattended orders.
I am missing Items.
If you are missing any items please contact orders@thaikeeiga.com.au with your order number and the item that is missing. Please note that if you left your package unattended we will not be responsible for spoilages and damages but we will try and assist you.
